How to calibrate
  1. Start empty. Enter 0, ADD POINT, wait the capture to finish — that is the empty millivolt.
  2. Put a known weight on, then hit ADD POINT. Do not wait for STABLE. Capture skips bounce, then takes the median.
  3. Check the saved millivolt next to each weight. A 25 lb point that sits far off the 10 / 35 line is a bad capture — delete and redo it.
  4. Day to day: dashboard ZERO on empty. That does not change the span.
